Bad cough with fever 102?

I was woundering if anyone might know something I can try to help my three year old she has sleep apana. She started yesteday with a cough and its a consten cough shes been runing a fever of 102 with it almost hit a 103 and we might of goten 3 hours of sleep though out the night mainly up have givener medcation for her fever rotateing tylone and ibphrion. Also been wipeing her down with a cool rag cant get into the doctor till afternoon. Anything would help thanks.

Glad you will take her to the doctor, the last time my child had a bad cough, they gave her a prescription of Benzonatate 200mg... tiny little pearls ..... you take.... really took care of that night cough, don't know if a 3 year old can take, but they work... if you hid the tiny pearl in a little peice of bread or something, ... ------

Update when I took her to the doctor this afternoon they said there was noting they could do and about it and if she got worse or if I couldn't keep her fever down to call them back. Even though I dont think it will matter.
