how not to find out u are allergic to something

this is how i found out I am allergic to amoxicillin. I am itching really bad, now that the steroids are working and on another med for the itching.

Im sorry.  My son has a severe penicillin allergy and we found out when he woke up and couldn't open his eyes!  OMG!  Ya...panic attack for mom!

I completely understand. I had basically the same type of reaction to Keflex when I was on it. HUG!!! It will get better (and less itchy) soon.

I am slowly healing but it is itchy, and cant wait to shave my legs, and doctor is keeping me on the steroids a bit longer.
