My long weekend made me look like an yo-yo. I was so excited when I weighed myself on Saturday and saw the scale read 154. Then we left. I took my drops, water & apples. But after hours of walking around for hours I was starving. So I caved. I let the boyfriend take me to Red Lobster. I will say I didn't eat everything. I gave the majority of it to him. But as you can see I still gained two pounds on Sunday.
We took off yesterday and I stayed on the apple all day. Which I guess paid off because I lost the two pounds I gained (hello yo-yo). But I paid for all this running around in another area. I didn't get a nap on either day and I slept till 8:00 this morning. I bet I go to bed early tonight, too.
I have today & tomorrow then I'm off the drops. I have a feeling keeping the weight off is going to be hard. I need to start walking, but after this weekend I'm waiting till I can eat more then 500 calories.
