Too Cool Not To Share!!!

 Some of you may remember a few years back there was a little group called 112. When I say little, I mean, they only won a Grammy and had numerable number 1 hits, the biggest that stands out to me is Peaches and Cream:

Remember them now? Sigh...lol. I know I do. Well these days Daron Jones, one of the founding members, is working on his solo career and ladies, he's doing it right. How is that you ask? He's reaching out to us, the listeners, and making fans out of us 1 person at a time. I know, I know, some of you are still asking "Whose Daron Jones?" This is Daron Jones:

Now, this is only the tip of the iceberg.  What made Daron Jones something so cool that I had to share? His Ustream. It's not just his songs. The man actually goes live from the studio, taking requests and talking to fans, all the while proving the talent we here in his songs isn't some overproduced machine miracle.  It's all him and his magic fingers and amazing voice.

But, he even one ups himself there. Once a month, he announces a contest for his fans. The February contest had the winner receiving a Live on Ustream serenade of his sultry Valentines Hit, Valentines day. This month...who know? But we're about too! This month he's announcing his contest live on air from his Ustream feed on Friday March 11 at 8pm EST.  I want you ladies to be there with me! Us momma's need a little something special lol.

Well, he's sure got a fan in YOU! lol..thats awesome. I'm gonna check him out...I do remember (my old ass), but never knew about anything solo. (again, I'm wretchedly out of the loop. dang parenting!)
