Reading through some of my old journals, I was very depressed and it came though loud & clear.  So many things have changed for the better.  I've accepted that I have an anxiety and depression problem and have learned to work through that.  My low dose of anti-deprerssant also helps keep me steady.

I have accepted that my youngest son has Asperger's and have stopped trying to fix it with dietary changes and supplements.  Instead, I'm finding resources for him to learn how to control himself and be more successful.

Hubby and I have both acknowledged that we have problems and that we want to work on fixing our relationship.  Part of that is dating again, which is slow to get started but will begin soon.  Part of that is to be more available to each other.  And a third part is for him to be more available to the kids.  Things are definitely improving!!!
