Ok... so I didn't do any strength training yesterday because I think I need to space it out a bit. So, I'm going to start doing the Jackie Warner DVD on Monday's, Wednesdays, and Fridays. So yesterday (3/23) I did two miles on the Walk at home DVD with Leslie Sansone ... each were a 14 min mile and I did the warm up and cool down which totals another 14 mins. So, that's a total of 42 minutes for Wednesday.
I haven't exercised yet today but I am going to! I will probably just do some cardio and save the cardio/strength training for tomorrow so I can get on track.
The other thing I have been working on is my diet. I have been dabbling in vegetarianism for quite some time, but I have never fully committed. Well, my husband wanted to eat at Golden Corral yesterday. I started out really really well by having a large salad. Then, some fruit... but then I went crazy...ate everything in site and came home in agony. LOL! I woke up this morning feeling swollen and just gross. So, I think I'm going to eat better for sure... but really work on a vegetarian diet. I was eating about 3 veggie meals a week and upping my fruit and veggie intake for about a month and i dropped 10 lbs without even exercising. So, I know I can do it. I just have to keep it fun, interesting so I don't get bored. It helps that my 15 month old daughter doesn't like to eat meat. yet (and maybe she won't at all) .. she prefers her veggies... so I can make stuff for her and I. :o)
I will log my exercise for the day as soon as I do it! :o)
