I just worked out for the day! I did all of Leslie Sansone 5 mile fat burning walk. Each mile is a 12 min mile... so that is a total of 65 minutes ( with the warm up and cool down) today!!
I went onto live strong to track my fitness and I entered it as a Walk 5mph/12 min mile (since each mile is 12 min) and asked for the duration so I entered 65 mins. It said I burned 754 calories!! Boy, I sure hope i logged it right!! That's crazy!! :o)
I feel good so far... two more days left in the "workout" week. Tomorrow is cardio/strength training. I gotta keep the momentum going. I can do it!! :o)

Great job!!! Walking with the kids and especially a 17 lb baby strapped to you is great exercise! ;o) Yeah, I didn't do too well with the whole no meat thing yesterday. I had some chicken wings for dinner (only 4 tiny ones) but I did have tons of fruits and veggies yesterday!
Not sure when I will be able to exercise today. I have to strength train but we have a busy day planned. I'm sure I'll have to do it before bed. I'll let ya know when I do.

Wow thats great, glad to see you are sticking with it. Today I went for an hour and 20 min walk, i didn't go at the speed I would have liked but I brought along my two kids and their wagon for when they got tired and for the first hour of the walk I carried my 17 lb daughter in a front carrier. So while I didn't power walk or run it was a long walk. I did however sabotage myself by eating too much for my mid day snack. I need to work on my over eating.
Sounds like you are onto a good plan for your diet so stick with it. I don't think I can join you on the vegitarian diet but I definatly agree more fruits and veggies.
Tomorrow i have a bike/ strength cuircut planned.
