Labor pains or normal pregnancy back pain! ?

For about 13 hours now my spine literally feels like someone has pried it away from my tailbone! Im 23 weeks pregnant and just found out yesterday it's a baby girl ;) but my first was born at 33 weeks and I was jw if this could be labor pains?

I would check with your OB/GYN.... Esp if you had an amnio recently.... and if the back pain is new....
