I don't want to seem conceited, but i've gotta document this somewhere......post baby body.
clean diet, whole foods, plenty of exercise! my kids are 1, 3, and 5.

:) well, being a single mom makes it easy. I go go go go go... I eat well, several times a day, and i work out. I have chocolate everyday. :) its easy when you do a little research, know what you want, and know what your body needs in order to accomplish that.. love what you've got. have realistic expectations.. mostly just love give yourself some appreciation.
Sometimes it's just in the genes. People asked me all the time how I mantained and the answer had been "nothing" just keeping up with the kids, until recently, in my mid-thirties I am noticing that I have some belly fat that I can pinch. I started eating better and exercising a little but I am gonna have to pick it up a notch.
it's a lifestyle, it's a choice. What you are, is genetic, what you do with what you've got is a choice...!
