Ok... so I didn't exercise on Saturday like I hoped. I decided to sleep in and then I had such a busy day... I just didn't get to it. Oh...I never ended up strength training on Friday either, but I did cardio for 82 mins so that works.
Today I walked one mile on the walk at home 5 day slim down DVD (19 mn...includes warm up). Then, I did the core workouts from Jackie Warner's DVD (20 min) . Man was that tough. I barely made it through. I had to keep stopping...but my stomach hurts, and i am sweating still so I guess I was doing what I could right. LOL!
This is the week i usually sabatoge myself in my exercise efforts. Last week I was really excited and I did more than I set out to. Today I still did a total of 40 minutes (about ) which is still within my 30-45 min goal per day. So that's good. I just have to not get myself down... and get out of my head. I have to tell myself that even if I only get in 1 mile... or a 10 min pilates session... that's still good (better than nothing) and there is always tomorrow.
But, I did meet my goal for the day. later when the kids take their afternoon nap... if I feel like doing another mile I just might. But, I also have house cleaning to do so we will see how that goes. This is the week I am trying not to put too much pressure on myself so I don't head towards sabatoge.

Well I am still with you! I also have to admit i am feeling the same, I didn't finish my workout on Saturday like I planned and took Sunday as my rest day ( which wasn't supposed to be my rest day but...) Monday I did get a 36min bike ride in however I have a feeling that tonight i won't get my workout in. Although I hate admiting my falure, I like your thinking. I am not going to put too much pressure on myself about today, I did after all have a very long day and while i didn't get my workout in I did very good on my eating. So tomorrow I will keep pushing forward, after all this if for my health and I am worth it, and so are you! Keep it up.
