I just want to thank everyone for their love and support. Two weeks ago, I posted a journal about some hardships my oldest son was going through in his life. And how it was having a very bad effect on my situation. A lot of you gave me the advice and support that I so desparately needed. And a lot of you added my son and myself to your prayer lists. Well, I just wanted to give you all an update on the situation.

I just received a phone call from my son, informing me that he has found a place to live, all charges have been dropped against him concerning the suspension of his driving priviledges, and he is being considered for a promotion at work! All without any financial backing from myself. He did it all himself! I'm so proud of him!

As to my hardships, they are still there. But we are working on them. We are just taking one day at a time. I'm just glad that my son was able to pull himself up out of the hole he had dug for himself. Now, I can go back to worrying about myself. Keep me in your prayers. They really do work. I'm a believer!

I am glad to hear that your situations are working out-prayer does change things.  I am a firm believer in powerful prayer.  To help keep your faith going check out www.Joycemyer.com.  She has a television ministry that keeps me going from day to day.  The reason I gave you the website is so that you can check out what time she comes on your television.  Watch her-she's like you and I.

 Keep the faith!!!

Jul. 6, 2007 at 5:50 PM This is a beautiful testimony!  Thanks for sharing the outcome!  If you visit my profile page and read my journals, you will see how much I depend on prayer and the Lord Jesus.  He is definitely our fortress and our strength and will help us through the trials we go through if we lean on Him and trust Him.  He is in complete control and we could spare ourselves a lot if we would just give our troubles to Him and allow Him to guide us and give us wisdom...believing that He will take care of the situation.  You will be in my prayers as you journey through your present situation.  Keep the faith and believe He will make a way for you...His ways are beyond our ways and He always causes me to stand in awe at the beautiful way He takes care of things.  Take care!
