I am so done with trying to figure out what is going on with my sons blood glucose levels. They keep swearing they think he is diabetic but then turn around and JK! My son will be 3 in May. He has been as low as 31 and as high as 300! No one knows WHY and what is going on! This last week his fasting bg was 194! WTF! Everytime he eats sugar (like occasional candy which rarely happens anyway cuz he's allergic to most, or juice (again, rare), or even fruit (like grapes)) he pees like crazy and in 20 minutes his diaper is on the floor soaked and it smells like sugar water or juice! Then he has been very tired lately, doing nothing but sitting on my lap. He lost 3lbs in 2 weeks. He's extremely irritable and sleeping a ton. He sleeps 12-13 hours at night then takes 2, 2hour naps a day!Today he is refusing to eat anything and I have no idea! He says he is hungry but refuses to eat! Even his favorite stuff and is only drinking water! BLEGH!

I called his endo (who just released us from her care in August) and told them what was going on and now they want to see us TODAY! So we are leaving in a couple hours to go and see them. I just don't know anymore and am really sick of it! I'm demanding a GTT today though. JUST UGH! FIGURE IT OUT! And I feel like I am going to puke. I just need to cry for a minute, then suck it up and be strong.

And this is posted in 2 other groups I just need to write this all down cuz I need to get it out. My head is going to explode with a milion thoughts running through my mind. Is it possibel something else could be causing this? Is it diabetes? WTF is going on? Am I a failure as a mother? Is it my fault? How can I advocate better for my sons health? WHat do I need to do? WHat can I do? Who do I call? WHat tests should I demand? WHAT DO I DO?!
