Post war - I want to call a truce but she keeps antagonizing me!

I like to post in this particular group, but there is this woman - and her gang of terrorist that make it hard to post anything. They are constantly attacking other posters and ganging up up on people. I many occasions, I try to make things light or ignore them but they won't give up. They will post things to insult you. They talk about your lack of education, your inability to spell, and how you are unable to form sentences. Interesting, especially when my education goes to post graduate.  I get so frustrated. I am so over these women, but I enjoy  being in the group.

If this is the same group I have been seeing.....I know. My big mistake is being a DEMOCRAT!

Life is too short to let them bother you.

I just decided not to post there anymore. Life can be so much more pleasant if you ignore the "toxic people'. :-)

People tend to bully others online because they lack the courage to stand up to people in their real life. This is almost always true when you see these types band together against anyone they decide not to like. It's the same childish behavior that you see in middle school where kids will degrade someone else so they can feel better about being socially inept. It's just more acceptable coming from a middle school student than it is from an adult who failed to mature emotionally to a state of independent thought and impulse control.

Honestly, you are doing the right thing to not get dragged into it or to attempt to win them over as friends. Who really wants a friend who can't think outside of a pack or has such a nasty attitude?They get their validation from each other and their opinion, whereas a mature person obtains validation from personal achievement and never needs to step on others to feel bigger.

How terrible that you can't enjoy the group 'cos some grown woman are being bullies! If nothing else why haven't U reported them to the Admin? Maybe they can get a warning or something. Btw, which group is this? I hope things start to get better.
