Wow, I have heard so much about this dvd workout and decided it was time to finally try it to see what all the fuss is about...I must say it is INTENSE! I run 2 miles a day on most days and this video had me sweating like never before. My arms and legs are like Jello 20 minutes after finishing. I am really excited to see what results this brings. I figure writing about my experience will give me the extra push to stay with it. I am really hoping to have my bathing suit body back by we shall see!

Anyone else use this program? If so what were your results. Im currently 137lbs at 5'4 trying to lose about 10 more lbs but mostly just want to tighten everything up.

I love the 30 day shred. When I was doing it I felt awesome even after when I was so sore it hurt to walk. I did branch out and buy other dvds with Jillian because I think she is a great trainer. I am 5' 7'' and used them to go from 170 lbs to 130. I have kept it off for over a year.
