My name is Michelle and I live in a wonderful little town in Queens NY. I reside here with my wonderful husband and three daughters. I stay busy caring for my family and other children as well. My girls are busy and active in their schools and my middle daughter Emily will be starting college in the fall.  My older daughter models and is still trying to figure out what she wants to do with the rest of her Iife. She's only 19 and still has time. :) My youngest daughter after being homeschooled for the past several years is in 9th grade this year at our local high school. It has been challenging and rewarding at the same time. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. I also enjoy preparing RAW food meals for my family and juicing. I am looking forward to planting an organic garden with my husband very soon.

I had become ill in the last several months with Follicular B Cell non Hodgkins Lymphoma and have seen an amazing improvement in my health since starting this new way of eating. I went from being very ill and laying on the couch all day to feeling totally energized and having absolutely none of the pain, tiredness and weakness that I had before. My headaches, back pain, chills, sweats and intestinal problems are gone. I credit this to God's grace and Him showing me this new way of eating. It is truly amazing!!

I had a doctor's appt yesterday ( 4/15/11 and the doctor was going to put me on a particular medicine but I told her I no longer have the issues I had been dealing with for so long and she was amazed and decided to let me keep on doing what seems to be working for me.I cannot say enough about going RAW and juicing. Even if you don't have cancer like me and are just tired I highly reccomend this way of eating for you too. In one day you will see your energy improve dramatically.

As I said earlier my daughter Emily will be starting college in the fall. She wants to go to Mercy College in NY. We took Emily to see the college  and sat down with the financial advisor and everything seemed to be going great. We toured the College and saw the dorms where Emily will be living. We left there feeling so excited for Em and were on cloud nine the whole way home, that is until we got home. We received a call from the financial advisor and were informed that he'd found a mistake with our financial aid forms. Instead of receiving the promised 80% it will now most likely be 20% financial help. That leaves me to earn enough money to pay about $18,000 next year , cultimating in a $2,000 a month payment to the college.

I don't think I can watch enough children( childcare is my job) to make an extra $2,000 a month. I have been brainstorming and decide to come to the cafe moms for help. I know we all stick together and moms uniting together is like a sisterhood.

I have put together a beautiful and inspiring compilation of  30 days worth of RAW food and juicing recipes, plus important information and  inspirational quotes on each page to help you in your journey to good health. The price for this is $10. You will be helping me to send my daughter to college and I will be helping you to learn, appreciate and enjoy a new way of eating and a healthier lifestyle. Before this I was quite hooked on sweets and many other unhealthy foods, so if I can do it so can you. Besides the meals are DELICIOUS!! :)

I know longer feel sad about getting cancer because it has lead me to invaluable knowledge and a new healthy, exciting way of life. You can place an order by emailing me at

Thank you so much and may God bless you with good health, happiness and much love.

Very Sincerely,
