Finally feeling a little better today, but after already doing my journal for the day, I am going to keep this short and sweet!


Yep, 3rd day in a row!  Turkey D-light minus the cheese, 2 cups coffee with skinny coffee creamer.  It was hard to not eat the pancakes my daughter was making with chocolate chips, but I was able to have a little will power.


Lettuce wraps...oh so yummy.  My Siera, 10 made me lunch today since I am still suppose to rest until Monday.

Chicken Breast w/spicy ranch heated and then put on lettuce leaves with shredded carrots and Newman's Own Ginger Sesame Salad Dressing....did I already say YUMMY!

Light Natures Own Toast 9 Grain Bread with Albacore Tuna and lots of pickles

2 Sugar free popsicles

diet green tea


Ham, Green Beans and Cinnamon Applesauce

2 cups water

Snack, always follow the 90/10 rule...I eat healthy  90% of the time and give my self permission to splurge 10% of the time

Here is how that works...Eat 6 times daily X 7 days a week=42 meals weekly *10%=4.2 meals don't have to be clean.  Rarely do I give myself all 4 FREE meals a week, but I know I can if I want.  Sometimes I eat all 4 splurge meals in one day.  lol!

Today was splurge.  My hubby brought home some Dryers Cookie Dough Ice Cream from the grocery store tonight.  Just what I needed! 

My normal plan is pretty close to this mercola plan, but a few tweaks:
