Out of my kids' bathroom sink! yes, that is how I spent my Saturday night. My son has a friend who is 12 years old, and apparently his mom sent him to my house, and he was getting sick. I dont know if she knew, but he was not at my house for very long, and he vomits in the sink instead of the toilet! The toilet is right next to the sink. The vomit, of course, clogs up the sink. The sink is still clogged, and I have used Drano. I scooped most of it out of the sink because I dont want it sitting in there.
My question is... have you ever disliked one of your kids' friends? I am not thrilled with this particular friend because every time he comes over something happens. One time, he broke a light fixture on one of my ceiling fans. Also, he will cry, if he plays football or basketball with my son and other boys, and they get a little "rough." For instance, crying when my son's GRANDPA stepped on his foot.
So, I am trying not to be negative but the vomit incident was ridiculous. My son is not thrilled about what happened either. Also, I threw most of everything away that was near the sink. Oh, and should I try using a clothes hanger to unclog it? I can not afford a plumber.
Comments:
hugs to you! im sorry. i think maybe its time for a break from having him spend the night. hopefully for your sake hell be too embarrassed to come around for a while. if eh does come over soon tho and something else happens i may consider talking to his mom and asking her to replace whatever breaks.

go to home depot and buy the drain remover that is in a black bottle that comes in its own plastic bag ( sorry I don't remember the brand and I don't have any in the house to look it up on) but it is the best stuff ever. a few years ago we actually had a baby wash cloth go down our bathtub drain and it ate through the wash cloth
