A Friend to a battered woman..

has got to be one of the hardest things to be involved with. I love my friend but this is a bit overwhelming. Why wont a battered woman leave? she says she is done with him but wont press charges. She said she is moving out but she is trying to wait a few weeks to get paid. It brings to tears to se her face! I would like to take his balls and shove them up his ass!.. ugh i apologize for the language but that is how i feel. Does it really makes sense to feel like this if she decides to keep going back?   They are not married nor do they have kids!! Should I give up on her and this?

don't give up on her, she is afraid, when people are in relationships like that they make you believe that nodoby else will ever love them and make them lose all thier self esteem. Just be there for her and try to help her get out for good.

Do NOT give up. I was in an abusive relationship.. It is hard to leave. I know a woman that has 3 kids and her "thing" beats her in front of her kids. Pretty said but she has posted on the net how bad he is to her. Your friend sounds like she is a good person- this woman is just as bad as he is when it comes to being crazy..
