I need to complete and interview for one of my classes. I need to interview someone of a different religion than myself and write a report on it. If interested please fill out the questionaire in this blog and either post it in a reply or e-mail it me. Thanks. Im Wiccan btw...so anyone who is not Wiccan.

1. Religious, ethnic and cultural background.

2. Age, gender, height & weight. Where does this person live (rural or urban)? Have they lived elsewhere?

3. How does their religion, ethnicity and/or culture impact their dietary choices and habits? And why?

4. Do they have any health problems?

5. What are the challenges they face related to their dietary habits?

6. Analyze the information you obtain using their initials (not their full names). Describe the needs for nutritional education they may have. How would you go about providing education for them with respect to their personal beliefs?

I'll do it for ya. I don't prescribe to any particular religion but fit under the heading of Pagan or Deist. I'll do the questions here in a minute.

1. Religious, ethnic and cultural background. Deist, otherwise a regular Caucasian American

2. Age, gender, height & weight. Where does this person live (rural or urban)? Have they lived elsewhere? 23, umm...female I guess although I prefer to be genderfluid, 5'1'', 120lbs. I live in a rural town. I have lived elsewhere but it has always been rural.

3. How does their religion, ethnicity and/or culture impact their dietary choices and habits? And why? It doesn't seem to to me. I eat what I want. However, I have been eating less red meat since having my youngest.

4. Do they have any health problems? Yes, I have asthma, hypoglycemia, depression.

5. What are the challenges they face related to their dietary habits? I don't like veggies that much and don't eat a lot of them or fruit really. I give them to my kids but I would rather eat junk food. It's awful but true.
