This,That and Whatever


50 push ups

200 crushes

2 minutes of bridge pose

200 lower ab lifts

100 squats

and then 10 minutes of what ever stretches I feel like doing.  



 This is what I did but I can't hold that bridge pose for more than a minute.It is tough on my wrists.I feel good!!! :) I also did the first part of the Denise Austin workout this morning, which is Boot camp aerobics.That was fun and not so frustrating today.
