These are just ab pictures. I am doing Jillian Michael's 6wk 6pks..It is 2 levels and you do level 1 for 3 wks and then level 2 for 3wks.. I started level 2 yesterday...

These are my abs 3wks in(and these are bloated I started my period this morning! LOL)..To be fair..these are also first thing in the morning pics, so my belly is flatter than it would have been end of day with full belly and fatter! LOL
