D&C Help

 Ughhhh I dont even want to write this but I need help... I had a D&C on Monday I was 12 weeks pregnant I had started bleeding on Easter went to the E.R. they did and U/s and said everything was fine with the baby that the baby actually messured 4 days a head. Went to the Doc that Tuesday wasnt really bleeding anymore, the doc thought that  sience I had been throwing up alot that the pressure from my uterus and throwing up made me bleed. I went home thinking baby was fine......... and then I started to cramp, I was thinking it was constipation so all week I can of just pulled threw drank some Milk of Magnuism and still couldnt go. I woke up Monday the 2nd with extream cramps and went pee and droped a blood clot in the toliet so I went to the E.R. again before I could get there my water broke. To make a longe story shorter I had to have a D&C. After the D&C I didnt have many cramps and just slight spotting now Im starting to bleed heavery and passing clots.

  I dont know what to do, any comments would help. Im sorry if its TMI Im just scared..

  Im also alredy on antibotics and methergine.
