Alright, so the last few months, between the stress at school, stress at home with Rich's medical stuff, finals, graduation parties, etc....I packed on some body fat! 

I started Insanity last Saturday (today is my rest day so I consider this one full week) and have combined it with about 1800 cals a day of CLEAN, healthy foods, about 40/40/20 carbs/protein/fats.

I still have a ways to go on the toning, but holy canoli I lost inches after just a week!!! I LOVE this workout, hardest freaking thing I've ever done!  It's crazy but I spend all day teaching others to workout that I sometimes struggle getting a good "a$$ kicking" myself.  This is what I've been needing!   I Love it so much I even signed up to be a beachbody coach, so I can help others do the same (and those of you that know me know I'd NEVER put my name behind something fitness related unless I really believe in it! ) This stuff works, I'm kicking myself for using the "it's too expensive" excuse for so long now and not trying it sooner! I can't wait to see my results after 60 days. I'll post each week until I get there!! 

  I WANT A 6 PACK!!!


(please excuse the extra mommy-skin, last kid +70 lbs + apparently bad genetics will do that to you , LOL)

Good for you!  I just finished my first round of P90X!  Will be starting a second round soon!
