Memory and Love brings me Tears

I had my usual cryfest at Mass today.

I'm missing my Mom so much. Next week will be 5 months since she left us all too quickly. She was only 69 and we only had a month to say good bye to her. Think of it: we took her to the hospital with what we thought was a pinched nerve in December and by February cancer had taken her.

I use to speak to her every day and she would give advice about my job, my business, my kids, my marriage - everything. Sometimes it wasn't so much the advice I appreciated (because like most daughters I didn't always appreciate it :) but it was really her desire to listen to me and be there like no other person on earth could be there for me. Not even my husband, and I love him.

God I know my mother is in your loving arms - let her know I love her.

I am so sorry for your loss. I'm MTM's daughter we lost our grandmother (MTM's Mother on May 6, 2011) . My mom is a strong person but this was hard for her they was so close .

MTM's daughter - so sorry to hear that MTM is feeling the same kind of sorry I am experiencing. Losing your mother really shakes you to the core. Let her know my prayers are with her and all of you.
