Yeah! We're on board for try #3. It's been a long time coming with a miscarriage after cycle 2 and a anovulatory cycle in May and June,..... we are all ready to rock and roll!

If anyone thinks we do this for the money is dead wrong. Having my heartbroken with a miscarriage is something that no one can put a price on that. Trying month after month, countless home pregnancy tests and OPK's and prenatal vitamins and herbals and charting........  it's not as easy as it seems. 

But compared to a Gestational Surrogate, I guess it's not that bad.   I am using my egg so I just have to make sure I'm ovulating and WHEN  I'm ovulating. Pretty easy compared to my Gestational Surrogate friends.  They have weeks and weeks of fertility meds. We are talking syringes and suppositories. Yuck!
That's one reason why I am Traditional Surrogate, I don't do meds.

My IP's are ready for 2 more cycles. That will make 4 tries in all. We all are praying that it works!

I think this is so awesome! More women like you would give so many families precious babies. I looked into Surrogate since we are done having children, but I couldn't get past the injections and meds. I will send positive thoughts your way! Good Luck!

Do you have to do injections and meds and stuff if you are a surrogate for a couple who are using their egg and sperm?

Yes, generally you will be taking medications to do an IFV transfer.
