Joy Riding

Today I had to run my ring into the jewlers...I was only going to be gone for 5 MINUTES!  I found a parking spot, put my blinker on and asked my son to wait for the lady to pull out and just park the car while I ran into the store.  I was trying to be efficient.  When I came back out of the store, my car was not parked where it was supposed to be parked.  Why is it my son decided to go joy riding in my car (with only a permit) and with my 3 yr. old son in the mall parking lot??  He claims that some old lady swirved infront of him and stole his parking spot!!!
