CafeMom keeps freezing up on my computer, and I'm getting a message from Internet Explorer that reads:  CafeMom.com is not responding.

Truer word have never been spoken.

What's really funny is that we still have the tab at the bottom of the page that appears to give us the option to share our journals with Everyone, CafeMom Members Only, Only My Friends, or Just Me.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

I think I'll continue my search for another site for moms.  There are so many out there. . .

There is only one group I am staying for at this point.  I am so pissed off right now.  They locked that post in the discussion group.  I still think everyone should contact the sponsors of this site.

That's a good idea. 

I'm searching, still, but we're in the midst of a little thunderstorm (yes, I should be disconnecting the electronics, but I'm busy. . .) so the Internet is sluggish.  I'm exiting most of my groups.  I have no wish to be a member of this anymore--except for the friends I have here.  If we can get together on another site, I'll drop CM the way they dismissed our concerns.

I may even stoop to spreading the word about CM on FaceBook.  Yes, I'm a woman scorned, and I'm mad.

Why not start a private group on Facebook?  The group here that I was a part of is now on FB.  You can't write journals, but you can do docs and long group entries.  I can start it if you want.  Everyone can be admins.    We can call it Cafemom Rejects.  hahaha

That's another good idea.  One of my groups from CM has basically moved to FB.  I'm not a huge fan of that website--it seems to operate much in the same way as mega-groups here, with everything moving so fast that it takes time to find a post from earlier in the day, or worse, a couple of days ago.  Still, it's better than what we have here, right now. . .

I love your post and have not been a fan of CM for a while now. I stay because of a handful of ladies.
