Hello and welcome to another Edition of Sunrise messenger, a Scenic Adventure Newsletter.  This week we travel to South Dakota (9/17-9/24) Are you a resident of this state? Ever been to Mount Rushmore? Ever seen the inside of a Corn Palace?  If so come share your stories with us, photos, videos. 

Our featured Lighthouse this week is on an island called Grotta near the Capital city of Reykjavik Iceland. Unfortunately I was not able to find very much info on the history of this lighthouse. 

As you can see by the Banner above the group will be having an Autumn Festival between October 1st to November 30th. There will be games and other fun posts located inside the Autumnfest Forum (currently called: Relax-N-Chat)  We hope you take some time and join us. NO NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF THIS GROUP TO PARTICIPATE!! 

Our group will be traveling through Spain all October long and in November we are headed to Japan. (We are traveling virtually all over the world. To a different country each month)

Our group is also doing a Photo Contest to choose an Avatar picture to be featured in October and November. You must be a Group Member to participate if you wish to submit a photo. 

We are still accepting photos until September 23rd.  Voting begins Sept 24th through Sept 30th. 

Winning photo will be featured. And the one who posted will receive a Siggy prize. (Unless it's the group Owner's) 

Photos may be your own or ones you've found online.
