Ok so starting this week im going to start my baking back up and try a new desert recipe every week, maybe 2 depending on money. Im going to post every week what i tried, what i thought or would change, and a pic of the final product! I cant wait to start sharing all my yummy finds! i will post next week when i try my 1st recipe!Make sure to check back often!!

Ok so heres my 1st desert! I made these Yummy frozen mousse cups that were so simple and easy to make! My whole family loved them! I got the recipe out of one of Paula Deens magazines!(love her) lol And i also made a homemade chocolate sauce to go along with it! This recipe seriously only costed me like $5!  So heres a picture with the recipe to follow!

Recipe:

1 ( 3.9 oz) pkg. instant chocolate flavored pudding mix

1 ( 3.3 oz) pkg instant white chocolate flavored instant pudding mix

2 cups heavy whipping cream (divided)

2 cups milk (divided)

1 1/2 cupes finely chopped pecans

Garnish-pecans and chocolate sauce

1:In a med. bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix, 1 cup cream, and 1 cup milk. Beat at med. speed with an electric mixer until thickened. set aside.

2:In a seperate bowl, combine white chocolate pudding mix, 1 cup cream, and 1 cup milk. Beat at med. speed until thickened.

3: In each of 8 (7oz) paper cups, spoon 2 tbls. chocolate mixture. Sprinkle each evenly with 1 Tbls. pecans. Top each with 2 Tbls. white chocolate mixture. Sprinkle each with pecans. Repeat mixture and pecans. Cover and freeze for 8 hrs. to serve invert cup onto a serving plate, and gentley peel back paper cup. Garnish with chocolate sauce and pecans if desired! Enjoy!
