I found a great new way to flavor my drinks and avoid artificial sweeteners. I use to enjoy my water by adding Crystal Light but (as I become more health conscious) I have decided that I should really avoid artificial sweeteners. So no more sugar, splenda, equal, sweet n' low, etc. for me. I thought I was doing better by going with Truvia, but I've heard some not so great things about how it may not be what I thought it was.

Anyway I set out to find ways to flavor my water with a product using Stevia and I found it! I'm so happy that I can feel better about what I drink and I have a lot of flavors to choose from. Plus, it's cheaper than a lot of the fancy 0 calorie (claimed) flavored waters.

I'm still going to try to drink plain water because I believe plain water is always a healthier way to go. But on those days when I feel like I can't take the plain water any more I can reach for my flavors.

Ultimately the goal is to drink more fluids! I've never been good at drinking all the water I should each day. I'm thrilled to find a way to make it a little easier.

It feels good to make some positive health changes.
