To start off my Daughter was 13 years in the making. My husband and I did IVF and after a couple failed attempts we finally got our miracle. My husband who is in the Marine Corps is gone a lot and currently in Afghanistan. Since he has been gone I found out our Daughter is in the Autistic Spectrum. I knew she was delayed but I didn't think she was Autistic. It was hard to take in especially when my husband gone and dealing with this alone. Of course he was so upset that he couldn't be here with us. I get from my family and friends telling me she is to young to be diagnosed that I shouldn't worry. I just wish I had more support than I do. My husband Thankfully is coming home soon and we can finally deal with this together. Our Daughter is going to be 3 years old in January she has started her early intervention and will start preschool in January..I just hope that one day that my Daughter will be able to "look" me in the eyes and say "I LOVE YOU" I am doing this walk not only for my Daughter but for all the other kids who are on the spectrum.
