Getting Traffic To Your Island!

 I laughed so hard when I saw this demonstration on how to get traffic to your site.

The cool thing is and this is why I'm sharing it with you all is because it makes it very easy to understand how you get traffic.

I even created this sweet drawing on how it would look. Please don't kill me for my awful art skill...I'm just not really much of a drawer or into art so lol I'm horrible when it comes to that.

Basically what I'm showing you if you can see it lol because it's showing up with a x at the top for me lol is that your website is your island. Just picture you have a island ok and then well you need to have a way to get to that island right?

That's the same thing as needing a way to get traffic to your site so you have to make ways to do so. As an island you need a bridge or you could fly or swim.

As a website you will need links to get you traffic!

Here are some ways to do that...articles, pictures, videos and social media! Think about it like this the top websites in the world are informational, social, entertainment and community.

Not only do you need links but you need links that are afforative lol I hope I spelled that right I looked it up but can't seem to find any way to word it. What I mean by this is getting traffic from sites like google and youtube.

So you need something that has info which would be your blog or your article. For entertainment it would be your articles and your videos (even if they aren't your own videos).

For social you would go to like facebook or twitter! Share your blogs there and share your videos there plus pictures...I see pictures being shared on facebook all the time!

The point is to get creative and have fun with whatever your doing. People love to be entertained!

Why do you think there is so much entertainment in the world? :) It's because they want to be entertained!

I just absolutely loved this way of looking at it. I thought it was so awesome. I mean you have your island which is your website.

Then you have a way to get there and to other places which is your bridge...your link. Then you have wherever you are wanting to travel to or other sites and links that will give you traffic! Pretty awesome way to look at it if you ask me!

I was thinking you know instead of just typing this out to you I could just show you this awesome video that I just watched not too long ago so you can see exactly what I mean. I'm sure it will blow your mind...not literally though lol.
