Release Yourself to The Calling

May you receive more and more covenant grace and peace in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ the Anointed Savior!

"Now the Lord said to Abram, Go from your country and your kindred and your father's house to the land that I will show you. And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you [with abundant increase of favors] and make your name famous and distinguished, and you will be a blessing [dispensing good to others]. I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed" (Genesis 12:1-3). When God called Abraham, he didn't have any idea about how such a glorious plan was going to unfold. He didn't know all the details. Despite what he didn't know, he trusted God anyway. He knew that God knew everything, and that was enough for him to move out in faith.

Whatever God has called you to do - and wherever He has called you to do it - I just want to tell you that you can trust Him. God's plan is to fulfill Ephesians 3:20 in your life. "Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]." He will do His part. And another great thing is that God will help you do your part. You don't have to draw on your own ability, knowledge, or connections. He wants you to completely depend on His unlimited ability and His perfect knowledge. And stay connected to Him! Get even more strongly connected to His love for you and His grace; more strongly connected to His faithfulness and mercy.

When you accepted Jesus as your Savior, you put yourself in His hands; you released yourself to Him. You didn't know how everything would work out, but that didn't matter. You trusted Him anyway. Hasn't the Lord been faithful to you? Of course He has! Simply continue to do that every day. Just say, "Lord, I love You and trust you. I release myself to You today and what You have called me to do." Fully commit yourself to His love every day and He will walk you through His glorious plan for your life.
