So, it's been a while since I was here....and wrote a journal or anything.  About 4 years now.  Alot has changed since then, but most of it I have already changed on my page.

My daughter is now almost 10 months old and instead of losing weight after her birth, I gained it.  I did well during the pregnancy and didn't gain a tremendous amount.  But after I had her, I had no motivation to keep the weight off.  I've ended up gaining at least 10 pounds.  I feel gross.

I'm detoxing this weekend.  I hate that too.  Not like a major detox, but I had my last Dr Pepper yesterday.  It's been a huge crutch for me for years, but I'm going to kick it.  I have to.  I've gained 2 pounds in the last 2 weeks alone because of my Dr Pepper intake.  It's not healthy for me anyways.  So yeah, no more Dr Pepper.  I'm slowly sipping tea and water right now.  I hope I can make it through.

I've tracked my food for the last 2 weeks and I have to say, I've done decently well.  It's just the Dr Pepper consumption.  I just broke it to my husband that I'm doing this.  Hpoefully he won't want to kill me by the end of the weekend.
