People are always looking for some healthy, easy breakfast ideas, and I thought I'd put some together to share!  Clickable ones link to recipes:

2 hard boiled eggs with a slice of whole wheat/sprouted wheat toast with butter or a small sweet potato with butter

1 egg and 3 TBSP egg whites (2 egg whites) scrambled with zucchini, broccoli, spinach, and/or tomatoes, 1/2 oz Jack cheese, and herbs (I use Italian seasoning, basil, oregano and parsley) with a slice of whole wheat/sprouted wheat toast

Fruits salad mixed with nonfat plain Greek yogurt (can add a little 100% maple syrup if needed)

1% cottage cheese and berries or other fruit (also yummy with 1/2 oz pistacchios)

Kashi cereal with nonfat, almond or soy milk

1 slice whole wheat/sprouted wheat toast with 1-2 TBSP peanut butter and a sliced banana (very tasty drizzled with a little honey, if you have the calories to spare)

Breakfast sandwhich- 1 English muffin (I use Food For Life English muffins, in the freezer case), 1 slice American cheese, 1 slice Canadian bacon, and 1 egg (or 2 whites) microwaved for 1 minute

Green chili hash- also good with a link of turkey or chicken sausage if you're not an egg fan

Immunity-boosting muesli (I don't let it sit overnight, personally)

Whole wheat pancakes or waffles (they freeze well- just pop in the toaster!) good with berries added, too!
