Unless you've been living in a cave for the past 60 years, you know that celebrities nowadays are everywhere. You see them on TV, they are on the cover of magazines and they even write books now. So one of the most important thing for a celebrity today is looking good and having that gorgeous body that other people only dream of. But have you ever wonder, how can they have such incredible bodies? I sure have. But what if I told you that their secret, is not even a secret but simply a three words expression, time and money.

First, to get a gorgeous, sculpted body you will need two things: a proper diet and good exercising. If you are overweight you will have to reduce the amount of calories you're eating. You'll also have to start exercising in order to lose weight. There is different types of exercises that you can do depending on what you're looking to achieve. Like for example if you want to gain muscle, resistance training might be what you'll need in order for you to gain muscle mass. Up to that point, there is not much difference between you and a celebrity. And in fact, the difference is not that big at all. But as you know, most celebrities have more money than the average working man/woman and they also have more time on their hand. This is why in my opinion they are able to lose weight faster and have better lokking bodies than you and me.

Second, time is one of the most important thing when you're trying to lose weight or gain muscle mass. Why? Because changes doesn't appear in an instant, regardless of what some people would like you to believe, in order to change your mind and your body you need time. So like most people, you probably have a 9-to-5 job, children to look after, a family to care for and in those circumstances starting a new diet or a new exercise plan might not be as easy as it sounds. You are likely to be busy in the morning and tired in the evening. Because of those things, it is understandable for you to think that you're not getting the most out of your time.

Celebrities also I have all these problems, but this is where the money factor comes to play. So when they need to lose a couple of pounds for a new movie starting in a couple of months they don't just started dieting, they hire a chef, a personal trainer and a dietitian. And then they're going to work with all those specialists in an intense program and they are going to lose weight in a short period of time. It is as simple as that, they are not better or smarter than you, they're simply wealthier. They don't have to wake up at 4 or 5 in the morning to get ready for work, they can wake up whenever they want and have a stress-free healthy breakfast. After that, they can go with their personal trainer, start doing the right exercises in order for them to lose weight or gain the muscle they want to gain.

In short, next time you look at a famous person, keep in mind that looking like them is possible, but if you want to, you'll have to be patient and very determined. You should also keep in mind, that for these people their appearance is all they got. That's why they have image consultants, fashion experts, makeup artists and other experts following them and working for them all the time. That's the reason why you shouldn't try to look exactly like a celebrity or your might get upset with yourself, when you should not. So the next time you see Brad Pitt or Kim Kardashian on TV or on the cover of a magazine and you ask yourself how can they look so good, well now you have the answer: time and money.
