A gift only a mother could love

My son is a little too young (or a lot too young - he's 6 months) for making handmade cards or wishing me a mother's day. Instead, he gave me the BEST gift he could -- he slept through the night for the FIRST TIME ever. I woke up at 6am and heard him "talking" in his crib. I was a little groggy so I woke up my husband to confirm that we really hadn't woken up at all last night. The first of many sleep-filled nights I hope!

All we wanted for Mother's Day was sleep.  I got 2 hour Nap with Matthew on the couch at home as the kitchen is finally done.  Happy Happy Mother's Day.
