Play Based Therapy

Okay I know there are those of you out there who have kids with either autisim or ADHD. What exactly is "Play Therapy"? How can I incorporate it into my home without spending a fortune on seminars?

My kids have it but they don't take medicine and they seem fine so I don't know that is just what the doctor told me.they have and I find their attention spam was not good, so don't know what to tell you I agree with penguinsrock, that's good advice
