Its getting hard!!

Alright I'm hoping there are some other mom's on here that boyfriends or husbands share my boyfriend profession. My Boyfriend is a bullhauler. Otherwise known as a trucker. He's gone all week or two weeks at a time. I am trying to keep myself busy but its hard because I am so inlove with him. I get to talk to him everyday and everynight. I miss him so badly. He misses me just as bad but I know he loves his job. Whats ever worse is my two year old Jaxon loves my boyfriend. Anytime anyone comes in the door he yells his name and runs to the door! Only to find that its not John. Hopefully with more time Jaxon and I will adjust. But the coolest thing is that I get to go out on the road with him next week. Jaxon is going to his dad's for the week and I am going to love seeing John all week but sad because I won't have Jaxon with us because Jaxon says he's going to be like Johnny and haul cows. My son loves John and wants to be just like him. I love both of them and I wish John could be home everynight with Jaxon and I, but he's out on the road making us money to live on.

May. 17, 2007 at 12:18 PM I don't have that exact problem but one kind of like it. My boyfriend moved in this past weekend. My son loves my boyfriend and does the same with whoever comes in the door he runs to see if it's Nathan. Nathan works 2 jobs so although he's home at night he's not home until midnight and has to get right back up at 5 am and go back to work so we don't see him much. he works his first job 5-6 days a week and his second 7 days a week. My son only gets to see him maybe once a week. It is hard  but hang in there. It will get better!!
