Okay, so I'm new to this site and already I am addicted.  I'm on maternity leave at the moment, and I probably should be painting or doing something more productive, but nope... here I am, sitting at this computer when it's a beautiful day outside.

But the truth is, Brayden is not on a schedule yet, so I don't know if he's down for five minutes or three hours... so it's hard to do anything not knowing if I'll have to stop and change a diaper or whatever.

He's sleeping through the night occasionally... which helps.  And he's not as fussy (did I just jinx myself?)  But there's not much to do with him but make up stupid songs and bounce him on my knees.  Guess I should cherish these moments because I know they will be gone too quickly!

You still need to have some time for yourself right now.  You just had a baby and a c-section at that!  That can wear on your body and mind! 

It won't be long and both of you will have the schedule figured out!

So true!  The time at this age will pass so quickly!  It seems like just yesterday Cole was in kindergarten thinking you were the best and now he's just turned 10!!!   An of course he still thinks you are awesome! LOL  Enjoy this time with your little one!
