A Prayer Request Needed.........

Why is it that people get horrible diseases? I have recently found out that my mom has bone cancer and that she is not doing very well...I will be seeing her this weekend to see what I can do for her...Back in 2000 she had breast cancer and beat it...Now, she has cancer throughout her body...She doesn't deserve to suffer like this...Actually no one does...

I will tell you a little about what she does...She has been a foster parent since the 60's...Yes, I am one of her foster kids...She has 4 biological children...She has had over 2000 children come through her home...She has loved each one of them like they were her own...Never judging any of us and giving us the love that we so desperately needed...She is a awesome person...She has dealt with all of us telling her, you are not our mother so you can't tell us what to do...Kids I know...I feel bad about the things that I have said to her in the past and she has forgiven me for it but, she was my MOM in every sense...She is the one that showed me that I could be loved and that she believed in me...She taught me that I wasn't worthless and that there was a purpose for my existence...I can never repay her for what she has done for me...She is the person I call to say I Love You too,if I need a shoulder to cry on or if I have a question about anything...Especially my girls...Or just to talk...God put her in my life for a reason...I know the reason now since I became a mother myself...  

Please keep my mom in your prayers...May God heal her from this...Thank You To All That Reads This...Have A Great Day!!

Dear Heavenly Father,

I want to uplift Lesli's mom to you. Please draw near to her, send your holy angels to comfort her & give her the strength she needs right now. Draw near to all her children. May they feel Your presence with them also.
