bathing suit dilema...

I knew having a baby would make my breasts larger. I knew choosing to breastfeed would make them heavier. I knew it would change the way clothes fit. I knew my partner would love my new breasts more than I do. What I had not anticipated is the impossibility of finding a decent fitting bathing suit top! I am roughly a 36 E-F now... they're heavy! And I can't find anything that is supportive enough, let alone big enough, for my giant new additions to my body.
Anyone know where I can get a decent bathing suit without paying an arm and a leg? I don't want to pay more than $40 for a bathing suit... though I know that is hard to do these days.
Also... does anyone know if putting a cloth diaper on my daughter under her swim suit is okay in chlorinated pools or do I need to get some disposable swim diapers? I am using BumGenius 2.0 cloth diapers and I would leave out the insert for swimming.
