Memorial Day Weekend

Well life has been pretty interesting so far. I am really grateful to have three days to catch up on my homework, it has been crazy. Working, school and my daughter have just been wiping me out.

Aislynn, Gabe and my Dad planted flowers this weekend, now my job is to try not to kill them. My father is all about gardening, and has been for as long a I remember. I think there are 10-12 gardens out at his house. I think they are relatively decent sized, but he grew up on a farm so he thinks they are kind of wimpy.

Aislynn and my Dad have a lot of fun planting everything, especially since this is the long weekend when they can pretty much play the whole weekend outside. Every year for Memorial Day weekend we go to the greenhouses and start the gardens. It is neat to see my daughter get such a kick out of watering whatever she can think of, including rocks and plaster frogs.
