Best of Friends

So I have the very best of friends!  I was at a loss becuase we had our digital camera lost of stolen.  Well a very dear friend had been wondering what to get for a baby gift when we have our baby in 3 weeks.  When he found out we were looking for a new camera he took it upon himself to order and ship us one in time for our baby's birth!!  How cool is that.  Sometimes it makes me think that when we become friends with people we never know how they will effect our lives, especially when you are still friends after years and years.  My friend Dave I have known since 6th grade.  I know his wife too and what a sweetie!  And we are still friends to this day even though we live 1500 miles apart.  Few friends in this world are friends for life, but the ones who are, the friendship is so precious.  My thought for the day is this. . .remember a friend you have been meaning to call and catch up with and do it today!  It will make their day!
