Tomorrow is my "first" OB appt. The one with all the blood work, PAP, and all that fun stuff. I'm very nervous... We are just praying for a heartbeat, somehow that is so reassuring to me. I started spotting a little last night. I'm not sure what else to do but pray pray pray... We really want this pregnancy!!!
