HELP! interviewing preschool/daycare

I have come up with some questions but I dont want to leave anything out. What are questions that I should be asking the preschool tomorrow during the interview process?

are they state certified?

Are their workers all cpr and first aide licensed?

Is the center up to code with osha?

What is the procedure if your child is hurt while in there care?

Are they licensed?

Did you think about my cousin? She is a nanny! She is very proffessional as well. lemme know if you wanna talk with her she lives in bath.

I did think about it, but I did the math and we just cant afford a personal nanny. We also want AJ in a preschool for educational purposes.
