Ok, we booked our cruise for November which I am really excited about, but I am kind of stressing because I think we might be out of our minds by taking the boys along. We have no other choice other than to not go since we have nobody to watch them for that length of time. So who has had experience (good preferably) with taking infants/todlers on a cruise. I realize we are giving up our alone time as husband and wife, but i thought it would be fun for the family. There is always in room babysitting available for us to get away for a little bit right, so is there anything wrong with mixing family time with alone time. All of these cruise meassage boards are all anti-family and are bashing people for taking kids along. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.....

I had heard that there are activities on cruise ships for the kids. But since we have never been on 1 I don't know first hand. I would just bring them some toys for the room and stuff like that and try to have fun. I can't even imagine having 2 of the same age, you are good for doing that :) Have fun!

Oh we took it a couple of years ago. It actually wasn't that bad. There were a lot of ports so we would just get off the ship and they liked playing in the sand. What I didnt like is that we had to pay the same rate for them which was a little bit of a waste since they didnt eat a whole lot etc.
