I wonder how much energy a 5 year child can have...LOL

My 5 year old has so much energy it is hard to keep up with him at times. He always wants me to play with him as he is the only child. I feel terrible at times when I tell him that I can't or dont want to play with him at certain times during the daytime. I am trying to find other Moms in the area to hang ouot with their kids. Maybe even form a playgroup with the kids.
