Part time job

Well lets see, I JUST got a part time job, at night and I' mkinda worried about leaving Alexys home with her daddy.

It's not that I don't trust him it's just he has never helped me these past 6 months, and I've really done most things by myself, I mean yeah he'll watch her while I cook, or if I've got to run to the stoor realy quick, but for the most part he doesn't really help.

My first day, I came home early and she was still not asleep at 8:00pm, and I've usually got her in bed by then, he said "she wont sleep for me".

The next day, he said she didn't go to bed until around 9-9:30.  All this hard work I've done to get her on a swt schedule is now out the window, and her whole day is messed up.

I'm starting to thing if maybe this part time job is even worth it!!

Jun. 11, 2007 at 12:49 PM Hey maybe it will help teach him some responsibility with her. You have to tell him to keep to her schedule no matter what. He just needs to try harder. You can't have all the responsibilty to yourself. Just try to stick with your job for a little while. She may just be excited to see him and needs a little time to adjust. Good luck!

Jun. 11, 2007 at 2:46 PM i know how you feel that is how mine is..........it is hard..................but he needs to step up and help you,hang in there.good luck.Tell him that he needs to keep that schedule that you have worked hard to keep her on.Once they are off that schedule it's so hard to get them back on.I had that problem with dan's mom.
