Places To Eat In Charotte, NC

My husband and I are going to Charlotte, NC this weeknd and I was hoping to get advice on some good places to eat.  We are looking for places that are unique to Charlotte but we don't want anything too fancy since we will only be taking casual clothes to wear.  I would love ideas for breakfast, lunch and an early dinner for Saturday night.  Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
